Day 2 Prayer Points – November 2022 Fasting & Prayer

As you wait on the Lord today, be reminded that fasting is not “earning” an answer to prayer.

Human effort cannot blackmail God. When God wants to answer our prayers, He does so graciously. Fasting merely prepares us for God’s response.

  1. Grace: (John 6:9, Acts 27:34)
  • Let us thank God for His grace that is sufficient. Pray for grace to give like the lad in John 6:9 so that the power of God will be made manifest in your finances.
  • Let us ask God for grace to live long on earth in good health, physical fitness, and sound mind to fulfill our purpose.


2) Unsaved Loved Ones: (Romans 1:16, Titus 2:11-12)

  • Let us pray that the power of the gospel will manifest in the hearts of our unsaved loved ones to encounter genuine repentance and salvation in Jesus’ name. Amen.
  • Pray that the grace of God will locate and deliver them from the shackles of sin in Jesus’ name. Amen.


3) Healing and Health: (Jeremiah 17:14, Psalm 107:20)

  • Let us pray in unity for God to heal us of all diseases and sicknesses. May His healing power be manifested in our lives in Jesus’ name. Amen.
  • Let us pray for the wholesome restoration of our health and finances in Jesus’ name. Amen.


4) Children: (Luke 2:52, Psalm 34:11)

  • Let us pray that the Lord will increase our children in wisdom, favour, and understanding in Jesus’ name. Amen.
  • Abba Father, we pray that Your fear will govern the lives of our children in Jesus’ name. Amen.


5) Nigeria: (Genesis 8:1, Isaiah 48:18)

  • Oh God! remember victims of the recent flood disaster in Nigeria and settle them in Jesus’ name. Amen.
  • Let us speak peace over the forthcoming election. Let the righteousness of God be made manifest in our land in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.


6) Servant Leader: (Isaiah 11:2, Isaiah 40:31)

  • Father, we pray for the continuous manifestation of your Spirit more than ever before in the life of our Servant Leader in Jesus’ name. Amen.
  • Let us ask the Lord to renew the strength of our Servant leader. She will not be weary, she will not faint, and the Lord will increase her in Jesus’ name. Amen.
